Our 42nd Avenue is pleased to offer the Avenue Study to rent for small meetings (2-5 people) or for private work space. The 75 square foot rustic cabin offers comfortable seating, ample lighting, free WiFi, and bathrooms located at Miss Zumstein Bakery and Coffee Shop.
