WhO WE ARE

Our 42nd Avenue (O42A) is part of Prosper Portland’s Neighborhood Prosperity Network (NPN), whose purpose is to strengthen the economic competitiveness of under served neighborhoods through community planned prosperity projects. 

What We Do

Small business support includes grant assistance, training, and technical assistance, as well as advocacy, marketing, and promotion. 

O42A is within the larger Cully TIF District. The O42A and CBA team will assist in supporting the small businesses within this larger area with TIF grants. Learn more about this program and eligibility guidelines here.
