-Helping businesses that participate in local hiring and community efforts
High priority is given to businesses owned by women and people of color.
Local Business Small Project Fund - Intended for projects of less than $5,000, our 42nd Avenue will provide up to 20% of project cost for local businesses. This grant opportunity is available on a rolling basis. eligibility and funding limits apply.
funding eligibility Scale:
post jobs locally - mandatory for eligibility
new business - 5% funding eligibility
existing business (3+ years) - 10% funding eligibility
established business (6+ years) - 15% funding eligibility
woman/minority owned business - +5% to funding level
Tenant Improvement Grants - Our 42nd Avenue can provide limited funding for eligible projects. Grants are awarded on a competitive basis and given in accordance with community priorities.
Special Project Grants- Opportunistic grants for high-priority projects. For eligibility, applicants must meet community priorities and projects must be timely. As with all Our 42nd Avenue grants, only permanent, physical improvements are eligible.
